This section focuses on Adrian Hicks, a Winchester councillor who in late February 2004 claims to have seen an alien creature walking down the high street. With further investigation we have discovered that other people have made claims of seeing similar beings in the area such as Joyce Bowles and Ted Pratt in 1976. Our documentary will investigate these claims and what happens at the army base where Adrian claims these aliens land and also investigate into UFO phenomenon.
